You can hire Hazel Hill Wood on weekdays and weekends, for one, two or three nights. All bookings include use of 70 acres of beautiful, private woodland for your group to explore. Please see prices below:

For peak season bookings, our Oak House & Hideaway buildings come as a package. This enables us to sustain ourselves as a charity. At various times in the year, we’re able to offer the Oak House by itself. If you would like to join our mailing list to receive special offer prices, please speak with Antonia.
Booking options:
- *1 night midweek – arrive 10am, depart by 4pm the following day – incurs a single-night surcharge of £150 per building.
- 2 night midweek – arrive 10am, depart 4pm, latest departure Thursday.
- 2 night weekend – arrive 2pm on Friday, depart 4pm on Sunday.
- 3 night weekend – arrive 2pm on Thursday, depart 4pm on Sunday.

A note of thanks. By booking our beautiful wood and buildings, you’re helping to “pay it forward” so that not only can we sustain and safeguard this precious ancient woodland habitat, we can reach more people who otherwise may not get to spend time in nature.
Concessions: Hazel Hill Trust is a charity and our prices for hiring the woodland and buildings are set at a level to cover delivery costs. We are aware that some organisations with purposes and values very aligned with our own may not be able to meet the standard prices, and so we allocate a limited number of concessionary bookings per year to those with the greatest need. If you feel you may be eligible for a concession please submit this Application Form and we will be in touch to let you know the outcome.
Discounts: We offer a 10% ‘locals discount’ on bookings to groups within a 10 mile radius of Hazel Hill Wood.
Booking: Please contact bookings@hazelhill.org.uk to check availability. We require all new group leaders to visit the wood prior to booking to have a look around and to tell us how their event is in line with our charitable vision and mission. Before making a booking please read our booking Terms & Conditions.
Please note, there may be other activities or events taking place on site, such as a small group of volunteers working with a member of staff. We can let you know ahead of time if needed. Rest assured that we are respectful of your time at the wood and won’t create a disturbance!
