Spend a rejuvenating weekend in the woods with us
Join us to learn about seasonal patterns, what the woods and wildlife need in the Autumn and how we (and you!) can help.
This weekend blends the satisfaction of outdoor physical activity with the restorative effect of relaxing in a woodland environment. Over two days and two nights at Hazel Hill you will get the chance to try your hand at a range of conservation activities that are helping to turn this precious piece of important woodland into a resilient environment for the future.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of an autumnal woodland. In addition to the array of colours of turning leaves, there’s an abundance of exciting funghi to find around the wood at this time of year and plenty to learn.
Led by our experienced conservation team, you’ll get involved with activities such as maintaining butterfly habitats and restocking firewood. And when it’s time to down tools there are plenty of ways to relax by yourself or with others. We’ll gather by the campfire at night and share delicious meals together.
All are welcome.
