his weekend combines the satisfaction of outdoor physical activity with the restorative effect of relaxing in a woodland environment. Over two days and two nights at Hazel Hill you will get the chance to try your hand at a range of conservation activities that are helping to turn this piece of important woodland into a resilient environment for the future.
Led by our experienced conservation team, you’ll get involved with activities such as tree-planting, restoring butterfly habitat and thinning thickets. And when it’s time to down tools there are plenty of ways to relax: wander through the wood; soak in the outdoor hot tub; relax in the wood-fired sauna; do some stretching in the woods; sing songs around the campfire; and share delicious food.
