Missing the woods?

We all know spending time in nature is good for our mental and physical wellbeing. So what if you’re staying home, isolating or don’t have access to nearby green space? How do we continue to experience the wellbeing benefits of woods and forests whilst following the Government advice to stay safe?

Well, we’re working on ways to bring the wood to you to help you feel connected with nature without leaving your home.

Recent research suggests that connection with nature is actually more important for mental wellbeing than simple exposure to nature. So we hope the following will be helpful in going some way to fufil the emotional connectedness to the natural world that we’re all craving right now.
