Join Yoga Teacher Carolyn Thompson, and Meditation & Mindfulness Coach Sally Davis, for a long weekend retreat of nourishing self-connection in the woods.
Intentional time away from daily life, without a to-do list, is a unique thing. It invites a deep sense of space. Space in body and mind to allow us to process and lean into feelings within the present moment. Feelings that might offer up intentions to enable us to move forward with clarity and vision.
Through morning and early evening yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra (meditation), Carolyn will invite you to reconnect to intention and your whole sense of self through the sensitivity of the felt body. She shares foundational and down to earth yoga, intuitive movement and still rest, with options and ideas for you to feel empowered to shape your yoga practice as you need.
Weaved throughout the weekend Sally will guide insightful journeying meditations, healing work and ritual as well as creative mindfulness activities such as mindful walking and crafts. She shares intuitively, from the heart, connecting to what the group might need and drawing on her broad experience in connection and energy work.
Evenings will offer further connection around fire circles in the covered or open areas in the woods and there will be free time for you to carve as you choose. Whether that’s a walk or run in the woods, a nap, journaling, reading or spending time with others or alone, this retreat offers a sense of spaciousness to just be. A private chef will be looking after us with delicious, nutritious vegetarian meals (vegan / gluten free & all dietary needs catered for if booked).
